Pre-project development

At this stage, a design task is developed and approved, which sets clear goals for architects and defines the goals of the future project.

Draft project

The second stage, during which the main ideas of the future project are laid out and processed in the form of two stylistically different options to choose from. The approved option during personal meetings and discussions is finalized and approved by the customer. At this stage, the client gets a clear idea of ​​the future home.

At the hands of the customer receives about 20 sheets of drawings of the projected object, fused in the album. Draft project – self-contained package of documents. It can be ordered separately from the subsequent stages of the project.

Also, at this stage, we are preparing documentation for approval and obtaining a construction permit. This service is included in the cost of a draft project.

Working project

At this stage, in parallel with the architectural part, we are developing adjacent sections of the project, such as the design of all elements of the projected object, water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation, electrical networks, explanatory note, and many others.

Cost of work

Since each project is developed individually for each Customer, it is impossible to determine the cost of the project, knowing only the probable area of ​​the object and its purpose.

The selected project architectural style, constructive and technological complexity, requirements to design terms and composition of project demonstration materials play an important role in the determined project prices. Therefore, for those who carries out the initial marketing of architectural offices, we give the basic prices for design work, which are: $ 12 per m sq. total area.

We will be able to determine the more precise cost of designing only after our meeting with you, discussing all the details of the project and studying your original documentation. The price of a project can vary both in larger and smaller, depending on the area and complexity of the object.

The cost of copyright supervision and architectural support of the project is 15 USD. for the first hour of work and 10 USD for each subsequent hour of the work of the architect and calculated each month based on the actual time spent.

The final cost of additional services, such as Project Management and Completion, will be determined only after the implementation of the stage “Draft project”.

Cost of one-time consultations of the architect is 10 USD. in the office of the bureau and 30 cu in case of departure to the object.
